“I Have a Heart for the Arts Show”

An Open Invitation to the Artists of Bristol and Surrounding Areas
Friday, 9/27, 5-9:00pm  –  Saturday, 9/28, 12-9:00pm  –  Sunday, 9/29, 12-6:00pm

The Mum Festival kicks off on Friday September 27th with an Art Show, Main Stage Music and much more. Artists join under the Marquee/Bristol Tent. On Saturday September 28th marks the big launch of all festival activities as well as on Sunday the 29th with the Mum Festival Parade added too.

In total, the Mum Festival will feature dozens of vendors from area businesses, crafters, local producers, restaurants, food trucks, community organizations, non-profit organizations, and museums, in addition to games, children’s programming, beverage garden, all day live music entertainment, picnic areas, a car show and so much more!

Weather permitting, we expect well over 25,000 people to converge on the Festival over the three-day event. The Mum Festival is held on the grounds of the Bristol Arts & Innovation Magnet School (BAIMS), 70 Memorial Boulevard, Bristol CT with handicap parking available. Designated parking for vendors near the event will be available.

This is a unique opportunity to display and sell your artistic talents!  And the Festival is an exciting event which reinforces the City’s efforts to promote Bristol as a destination. I hope that it will encourage everyone to join in and help our region rise to new heights!

I invite you to join this effort for our amazing festival in the heart of our state. It is artists who make it special, with their brilliant creations to share with our festival goers.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Joyce Ptak
