VENDOR Informational Packages – Terms & Conditions
Deadline:  August 1, 2026  Spots fill fast, so please get your application in!!  We can not guarantee spaces after that date.  However you may continue to submit applications as you will be placed on a waiting list.  We will  reach out to you to confirm your request. 

STATISTICS:
We average several thousand spectators throughout the three day weekend, weather permitting.

VENDING DATES & TIMES:
Friday, September 25 from 5:00pm to 9:30 pm (Food Truck Cuisine Night)
Saturday, September 26 from 12 pm to 9:30 pm
Sunday September 27 from 12 pm to 5:00 pm (parade from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm)
(Amusement Rides run approximately 45 minutes longer than posted hours)

FOOD TRUCK CUISINE NIGHT:
Friday, September 25 from 5:00pm to 9:00 pm
Several Food Trucks and Food Vendors from around the area will be on hand to excite your taste buds with their great selections.  They will also be around on the weekend, along with several other food vendors.  We are again looking for Truck Food Vendors on Friday, so if interested, just email Andy Adams at mum.festival.events@gmail.com .

The 2026 Mum Fest will feature vendors from area businesses, crafters, local producers, restaurants, food trucks, community organizations, non profits, artists, and museums, in addition to games, carnival zone, children’s programming, adult beverages, all-day live music entertainment, picnic areas, a car show and so much more!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Mum Festival! By signing this application you agree to the entirety of the contents and standards outlined in this document.  Please see the requirements in our Vendor Information Package.

Electrical & Water Needs Required:
We want to make sure that you have the correct electrical and water hook-ups, so please take the time to complete the attached form.  Please email the completed form to mum.festival.events@gmail.com.  Our Electrician will get back to you with any questions.   As far as water is concerned, we do provide a water hook-up in the vendor area.  Water is only for the Food Vendors that may need it for mixing beverages or food preparation.  You MUST indicate on the Online Vendor Application below if you need water!  You must also provide your own “Food Grade” hoses and nozzles.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made by Credit or Debit Card Online.  You must follow the Instructions as stated below.  DO NOT try to make a Payment without Approval Notification from our Vendor Chairperson.

Please understand, that we give our returning vendors and organizations first priority until May 8th. Beginning April 30th, applications are handled on a first come, first served basis.  After completing your Vendor Application, the Vendor Chairperson will send you approval to make your payment.  Once you receive approval, you can make your payment Online from the appropriate Link below.   This is the final step to the application process, and it must be followed.  Please do not make payments until you receive approval from the Vendor Representative.

If you have already been approved please submit you payment using the online payment link that was provided to you by our Vendor Chairperson.

Our Mum Parade is nearby to Memorial Boulevard on Sunday!  So expect to see many parade goers at the Festival after the Mum Parade.

To All Food Vendors:  We reserve the right to limit duplicate food items at the Festival. We will be discouraging gross duplication of major food items in order to preserve a fair market share for all participants in the event, so be sure to apply quickly!  This does not apply to hot and cold beverages, as all food vendors may sell these items in their booths.

Process:

  • Once you are approved, you will be sent a payment link by the Chairperson.
  • (One (1) 8′ Table $35.00, Two (2) 8′ tables for $70.00, All Vendor spaces are approximately 10’w x 7’d
  • You may order the Luna Buffet as well when you place your order.
  • A non-refundable fee of $35.00 is required for each table spot. We prefer that you pay online, however if you are paying by check, make the check payable to “Bristol Mum Festival’. Please note “May 29th Vendor” on your check.
  • Setup: You will be notified by the Chairperson. 
  • Please do not mount, tape, or nail anything to the walls.
  • Participation is required for the entire event. No early breakdowns unless approved by the Event Chairperson.
  • Breakdown will begin an hour after the Bingo to allow more sales for you.
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found.
  • We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event, which includes setup and breakdown.
  • No offensive or inappropriate products/wording allowed!! We reserve the right to reject any items that do not follow this rule.

We have partnered with Luna’s Banquet Facility to offer a classy setting and some great food this year. There will be higher end Basket Raffles, a Silent Auction, Passport Door prize game, photo booth, and much more!!

Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can increase our programs of service grants, that fund our scholarship programs, grants to the Agape House, Brian’s Angels, Prudence Crandall, Veterans Strong, and other critical programs of service in our communities.
