VENDOR Informational Packages – Terms & Conditions
Deadline: August 15th. Spots fill fast, so please get your application in!!
We average 8-10K spectators on Friday, 20-25K spectators on Saturday, and 12-15K on Sunday, weather permitting.
VENDING DATES & TIMES:
Friday, September 22 from 5:00pm to 9:30 pm (Food Truck Cuisine Night)
Saturday, September 23 from 12 pm to 9:30 pm
Sunday September 24 from 12 pm to 6:00 pm (parade from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm)
(Amusement Rides run approximately 45 minutes longer than posted hours)
FOOD TRUCK CUISINE NIGHT:
Friday, September 22 from 5:00pm to 9:30 pm
Several Food Trucks and Food Vendors from around the area will be on hand to excite your taste buds with their great selections. They will also be around on the weekend, along with several other food vendors. We are again looking for Truck Food Vendors on Friday, so if interested, just email Andy Adams at email@example.com .

The 2023 Mum Fest will feature a few hundred vendors from area businesses, crafters, local producers, restaurants, food trucks, community organizations, non profits, and museums, in addition to games, carnival zone, children’s programming, adult beverages, all-day live music entertainment, picnic areas, a car show and so much more!

Electrical & Water Needs Required:
We want to make sure that you have the correct electrical and water hook-ups, so please take the time to complete the attached form. Please email the completed form to email@example.com. Our Electrician will get back to you with any questions. As far as water is concerned, we do provide a water hook-up in the vendor area. Water is only for the Food Vendors that may need it for mixing beverages or food preparation. You MUST indicate on the Online Vendor Application below if you need water! You must also provide your own “Food Grade” hoses and nozzles.

All payments must be made by Credit or Debit Card Online. You must follow the Instructions as stated below. DO NOT try to make a Payment without Approval Notification from our Vendor Chairperson.
Please understand, that we give our returning vendors and organizations first priority until April 3rd. Beginning April 4th, applications are handled on a first come, first served basis. After completing your Vendor Application, the Vendor Chairperson will send you approval to make your payment. Once you receive approval, you can make your payment Online from the appropriate Link below. This is the final step to the application process, and it must be followed. Please do not make payments until you receive approval from the Vendor Representative.

Our Mum Parade is close to Memorial Boulevard on Sunday! So expect to see many parade goers at the Festival after the Mum Parade.
