VENDING DATES:

Art Showing:  Friday, September 24, from 5:30 – 8:30pm and Saturday, September 25, from 12:00 pm – 8:00pm – Under the “Big Top”   Artists will also be in designated spaces around the Big Top as well.

LOCATION: Down Town

The 2021 Mum Fest will feature dozens of vendors from area businesses, crafters, local producers, restaurants, food trucks, community organizations, non profits, and museums, in addition to games, carnival zone, children’s programming, adult beverages, all-day live music entertainment, picnic areas, a car show and so much more!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Mum Festival! By signing this application you agree to the entirety of the contents and standards outlined in this document. See requirements on attached pages.

Vendor Dates and Vending Times

Art Showing:  Friday, September 24, from 5:30 – 8:30pm and Saturday, September 25, from 12:00 pm – 8:00pm – Under the “Big Top”

Setup Times
Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25,  1:30 – 4:30 pm
Saturday, September 26 from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
Location: Artists will be adjacent to and Under the Big Top.  You will be provided a print.

Booth Prices:  Please see the complete pricing package listed in the
Artist Information Package

Friday & Saturday: 
Standard 12’x12′ Booth Price:  *$25.00 for both days!
*(Price multiples accordingly for larger booth spaces)
Electrical Equipment Service Fee during Festival hours:  $25.00

Electrical Needs Required:
We want to make sure that you have the correct electrical hook-ups, so please take the time to complete the attached form.  Please email the completed form to mum.festival.artscommittee@gmail.com.  Our Electrician will get back to you with any questions.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made by credit or debit card online.  

For credit or debit card payments email: mum.festival.artscommittee@gmail.com and a Festival Representative will send a special Link for Online Payment along with your invoice number.  If you have already been approved, and have an “Invoice Number”, please go to our Vendor Payment System to make your payments.

Parade goes right by the Mum Festival on Sunday!
