PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ONLINE VENDOR APPLICATION:

To All Food Vendors:  We reserve the right to limit duplicate food items at the Festival. We will be discouraging gross duplication of major food items in order to preserve a fair market share for all participants in the event, so be sure to apply quickly!  This does not apply to hot and cold beverages, as all food vendors may sell these items in their booths.

VENDING DATES:
Saturday, September 21 from 12 pm to 10 pm
Sunday September 22 from 12 pm to 7 pm (parade from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm)

Food Truck Zone:
(Thursday & Friday Only)

Thursday, September 19 from 5pm to 9pm
Friday, September 20 from 5pm to 10pm

The 2019 Mum Fest will feature dozens of vendors from area businesses, crafters, local producers, restaurants, food trucks, community organizations, non profits, and museums, in addition to games, carnival zone, children’s programming, adult beverages, all-day live music entertainment, picnic areas, a car show and so much more!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Mum Festival! By signing this application you agree to the entirety of the contents and standards outlined in this document. See requirements on attached pages.

Vendor Dates and Vending Times
Saturday, September 21,  from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Sunday, September 22,  from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

We are again looking for Truck Food Vendors, on Thursday and Friday, so if interested, just email Andy Adams at mum.festival.events@gmail.com .

Setup Times
Saturday, September 21 from 7:00 am to 10:30 am (food vendors must be setup by 10:30 am for inspection) Sunday, September 22 from 7:00am to 10:30 am (food vendors must be setup by 10:30 am for inspection)  Location: 70 Memorial Boulevard, Bristol Connecticut, 06010

Booth Prices:  Please see the complete pricing package listed in the
Vendor Information Package

Saturday & Sunday: 
Standard 12’x12′ Booth Price:  *$100.00 for both days!
*(Price multiples accordingly for larger booth spaces)
Non-Profit Organizations: $50.00 for both days!
Electrical Equipment Service Fee during Festival hours:  $50.00
Electrical Service Fee (24 hours):  $100.00

Food Truck Zone  (Thursday & Friday Only)
Thursday & Friday Prices:  $25.00 for an approximate 12’x12′ space,
(price increments accordingly for larger spaces).
Electricity:  $50.00
Electrical Service Fee (24 hours):  $100.00

Electrical Needs Required:
We want to make sure that you have the correct electrical hook-ups, so please take the time to complete the attached form.  Please email the completed form to mum.festival.events@gmail.com.  Our Electrician will get back to you with any questions.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made by credit or debit card online.  

For credit or debit card payments email: mum.festival.events@gmail.com and a Festival Representative will send a special Link for Online Payment along with your invoice number.  If you have already been approved, and have an “Invoice Number”, please go to our Vendor Payment System to make your payments.

Parade goes right by the Historic MBS Field on Sunday!
